I had sexual encounter with prostitute in brothel. She rubbed her wet Vagina with top of my  penis. Then she had protected  oral sex with me then she remove the condom and give hand job to me with possibly wet hand of her vaginal fluids. Does this encounter posses any chance of me getting HIV infection if fluids of her wet vagina enter into my penis. I am undress stress please help me.

hiv needs near "perfect" conditions to infect.  this is found INSIDE the body...when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.

you had NO risk

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

You never had an exposure in the situations you've provided.
