please replay me because i am in trouble regarding HIV

Last January 21, 2011 I had took  body massage from a massage polar at pataya, Thailand.  At the time of massage, huge skin contact had been made because she made her massage through her body though I don’t know whether she has any cut or pimple in her body skin but I had pimples in my back site (no blood come out from pimple)  .  After completing massager we made a physical relationship through using condom. But after the exposure I am scared whether any HIV virus spread on me.
Currently I am facing following problems
• I am in huge anxiety from exposure to till now, I can’t concentrate in my daily life even can’t sleep well.
• I have been facing sore throat & white spot in mouth (as per doctor advise took antibiotic, initially it’s gone again it’s appear and used mouth wash ) now shore throat is not Sevier but little bit.
• Weight loses from 77kg to 72 kg with in two month.
• After one month I had Diarrhea and it was gone after four days and I took antibiotic for diarrhea.
• Facing huge gastric problem, don’t know whether it’s for anxiety or for any other reasons.
• Small spot like pimple in my back and arms. I don’t know whether it is HIV rash or not. Please be noted I have pimple earlier but I am confused whether it is earlier pimple or newly appear.

What sort of test I have been done:-

• ELISA test after 24, 41 and 55 days and every time results came negative.
• VDRL test after 24, 41 and 55 days and every time results came Non Reactive.
•TPHA test after 24, 41 and 55 days and every time results come negative.

Now my questions are:-
• Whether I can trust my test report or I have to wait for window period?
• Is it possible HIV can be transmitted though skin contact which I have been made? Please be noted that at the time of massage we uses water and liquid soap.
• At the time of massage I had secretion for one time on the mat so my question is whether there is any risk to spread HIV through this secretion?
• Why my weight has been reduced is it for anxiety?
• How long HIV virus can survive in open air or can it survive in soap water or normal water?

Please replay me I am in trouble

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

dear Teak, please don't be angry. Actuallt i am confused regarding one issue. As earlier i already informed that at the time of massage i had a secretion on the mat. Now my confusion is there any risk of HIV transmission for this secretion if previous any one customer seliva contain on this mat. Please be noted that one of my known doctor said there is risk thats why i am distrubing you. Please replay me and help me to reduce my anxiety
