HIV negative after 75 days post exposure but worried

Hi, I am terribly worried for my HIV test and feeling a lot of remorse. I did test 3 times since exposure, and my first test was 17 days after exposure, results is negative 0.11
40 days after exposure my results was negative and 0.23
75 days after exposure my results was negative and 0.54 the value near result.
I read that the value less than 0.89 is considered negative and above that it is positive.
Now the end of 3 months is approaching and i feel so worried that the value will keep on increasing and finally reach the critical 0.89. I see this increasing tendency in the results.
Please help me with any advice.

This test is for HIV 1 p24 antigen.
From what I've learned so far is this antigen proceeds the bodies production of hiv specific antibodies.
These antigens can be detected as early as 2weeks in some people.
When antibodies are produced antigen values fall, antibody values rise making the 4th generation test the best option at 28 days. A newly infected person will test positive for either one or possibly both.
This is information from hiv experts.

The conflict of information out there is that the window period to detect antigen is short while it's also said you will always have this antigen until antibodies are produced.
The second half of my above sentence makes more sense.
I hope one of my forum friends could add a more conclusive answer . If they don't see this and reply I'll look into this further later. I'm not home to do this now.
I would ask those who administered the test why they didn't give you a 4th generation test to begin with. It would have been more conclusive and reliable.

thank you for your answer. Actually at the hospital they told me this type of test is more reliable At another hospital i did a test i think it is ELISA, named Immunological Rapid Diagnostic test. It came out negative thanks God, after 85 days. But i do not know which generation test was this Rapid diagnostic test
I'm under the impression from a quick search that this was a 4th generation test. You should call the hospital and confirm.
The CDC says any antibody test is conclusive at 12 wks.
Thank you for your kind answers and support. God bless you

Just reread CurfewXs reply.
The chances you'll test positive after your previous tests are near zero.
The Drs who used to post here have not seen an 8 week negative turn positive in their 30 years of experience.
It will be conclusive.

Thank you. I just happened to learn that the tests that i were doing are not ELISA but ECLIA, HIV AG1 p24 antigen testing. Is the same applicable to this type of testing as to ELISA? What is the windows period for this type of test and how accurate it is?

The Drs who used to post here and are well respected in their field and have over 30 yrs each experience in HIV. Neither one has seen an 8 week negative turn positive.

I'd say that gives you good reason to relax and trust your final test will be negative.

You can trust the answer CurfewX gave you. She is "very" knowledgeable about this.
84 days as she said.
BTW, you didn't mention if you used a condom or if you're concerned about oral.

I did not use condom, actually i did not even want to do sex as well but i was drunk so it happened. we  understood well at the beginning she is studying some traditional medicine and healthcare so i did not even think of some disease that time. I started worrying after i had symptoms of some bacterial infection and her reaction was like leave me the ..alone i do not have anything. My 84 th day will be tomorrow and i still feel very bad thinking that the OD value can increase.

Your negative test is extremely unlikely to change at this point.  Don't focus on the values - they will be different every time you take the test.  Just take a final test at 84 days and you'll know for sure, but in almost EVERY case, an HIV infection would have been detected by one of the tests you took already.   Modern tests are very sensitive.  Just take the last one for peace of mind, and then stop testing - if it's negative, you're conclusively negative.

Thank you for your encouragement, and kind reply. And do you think after 84 days the result will be conclusive, some places i read 90 days or above 90 days.
84 days will finish in 2 days from now but i still worry about the meaning of the values near my result, why is the growing tendency and actually what do those numbers mean?
Thank you again

about the person i had sex with: i do not know her well, and i do not trust her, what is worse i think she had chlamydia but i will never know it because soon as i saw some symptoms i took azytromycin and after that my tests results were negative for bacteria except Ureaplasma. When i ask her about it and press to do HIV test and communicate with me her results she says she is healthy and has no problem,
