Being stupid?

It's silly of asking again five months after I have done another duo test which came negative ?so can I now consider fully hiv free.?still this feeling comes in my mind..sorry

3 month antibody test is conclusive. Duo test has an antibody portion of it. HIV negative 2 months ago.

Problem here is that me and my wife trying for baby and I still insist on using protection which we should not use when trying and I don't want to harm her also so situation is getting complicated?
Also 5 days back I have done semen analysis which shows all parameters but it shown 6-8 leucocytes/hpf,thus is making me worried?so doctor advised me micdox lbx for ten days.and I don't know how to share this with my wife?please help.?
