HIV risk (second time)- questions about PeP

Hello. I am probably the most careless individual around here. Managed to expose myself twice in 2 months lol.
1) Two months ago i had anal sex with a CSW(unknown HIV status). After about 20 seconds i noticed my condom had broke. Took it off and continued with oral sex. Didnt wash till i got home( about 30 minutes). Being drunk i tryed to cut off my pubic hair before washing and managed to cut the skin close to the base of the organ. I let it bleed for about 10 seconds then washed with warm water and soap.
After 30 hours i began PeP with Combivir alone. No doctor prescribed it since in Romania insurance does not cover it. Managed to get the drugs and took them for 28 days. Only side effects i had were some mild pains in the region of the liver. They did not stop after i finished PeP. Blood exams showed liver ensymes to be ok, only problem was a very low anemia.
2) Two months (two days ago) after the first exposure i had anal sex with a CSW(unknown HIV status) again. Fortunatly the act itself lasted about 10 seconds. After i came i noticed the condom was broken again, this time i washed very good with soap and water.
On a sidenote - I am circumcised since childhood and i read that it helps preventing HIV from entering through the skin.
Again i have started PeP after 28 hours . This time using both Combivir and Kaletra. After the first dose i experienced rather severe diareha and some mild acid taste and abdomen pain.
So i have a lot of questions regarding the oportunity of PeP in both cases. I am a bit worried about the short term side effects and long term side effects. Should i continue PeP with both drugs? Will they damage my liver etc . Looot of questions :)
