How bad it is?
a month ago, I have had a sex with a prostitute, I can guarantee you that this is my first time,and I am really regret about it.I hope you could analysis my situation and the possibility concerning get infected by HIV
1. The prostitute, I wasn't really see anything unnormal outside, her vulva is clean. I am not sure if she is a HIV carrier.she is 23 years old.
2. The whole process was really fast, shorter than 5 minutes.I didn't really have full penile erection, at least, not hard. Sexual intercourse
is not violent.It was a Coitus interruptus.
3. In the whole process, I was not fullly inside her vagina, no deeper than 4.5cm from introitus.
4. I weared condom initially,but it was broken, my glans exprosed in her virgina is shorter than 1 minutes.after I found it is broken, I washed it with water immediately.
and I checked my penis really carefully, I didn't see any obevious wound, or bleeding,
5. No, she didn't have orgasm, no body fluid outflow.
6. Till now, I didn't have a fever, also I don't feel any obvious change of my body temperature.No diarrhea.No measles.

Your negative result reduces the chances that you were infected further. You really shouldn't be worried. Expect another negative at 3 months.
Hi, it has been 39days(5 weeks and 4days）since I had sex with the prostitute, and I tested for HIV today with Ora quick, I don't know which generation it is, the result is negative, is it accurate?, what is the possibility that I was infected? Thank you!
Some other suggestions:
* Have a 4th generation test NOW, or an antibody test at 6 weeks- they would be extremely accurate and give you a good indication of your status.
* Get the CSW tested, if negative it would be very encouraging.
