Is there a risk of infection?

Hi i was in class and sittiing next to me a classmate was sitting rather close to me. Anyways he had a very red mark on his arm and he went to go stretch his arms and accidentally touched my mouth. Is it possible to transmit hiv if he was bleeding and it touch my mouth? I may have bit my lip before and after so there could be open wound bleeding on my end. Is it possible for this to infect?
