High fever

Last Saturday I received protected oral sex from a high-risk prostitute (the kind who might be sleeping with 1000+ persons a year). The prostitute also licked and bit my nipples.

On Sunday another high-risk prostitute masturbated me (without condom) and kissed me on the lips (mouth not open).

Since yesterday I am running high fever 103-104f which does not come down without cold sponging, and is not responding to paracetamol/ibuprofen. I got blood work done for CBC/ESR, LFT, malarial parasite, typhoid/widal etc. All normal/negative.

Could this be ARS?

I also have a horrible headache and my appetite has fallen to shockingly low levels. I am barely able to eat 1/5th of what I usually eat.

Would like to add that doctor says I have pharyngitis although I can't feel it. He has put me on Clarithromycin, ibuprofen+paracetamol & antacid, multivitamin.
