Hiv scared

Hello. I had a risky encounter 3 months ago. I did a full blood count test at exactly 6 weeks. Neutrophils (7,2) ; Lymphocytes (3,96). Liver enzymes were low - not elevated. I only had low serum iron ( 7.)
I had these symptoms: fatigue, diarrhea, constipation and pain in the abdomen, chills, painful tongue during the first 6 weeks.
Before I did an hiv test I tested for STD's- all negative, a couple of test(microbiology) everything negative except positive stool test for H. pylori. I tested for hiv with HIV COMBO test - 4th generation tests for Ab/Ag at 74 days post exposure and it was non reactive for p24 and ab. I noticed white coats on my tongue after the antibiotics. I am 20 years old, medical student and a smoker :(
1. Do I need to worry about HIV having in mind the relatively high lymphocyte count, lack of symptoms and the negative combo test?
2. Are my results conclusive and do I need to repeat the test?
2. Is it possible that the white tongue is caused by H.pylori infection or the antibiotics?
