Please help me, im devestated and cant even sleep

Ok so on october 2015, im a male and had a one time encounter with another male of unknown status, but i dont think he ever penetrated me it was more like poking/rubbing aggresively and at about 2 weeks after the incident i felt swollen neck glands which i never felt before. I got a HIV 4 th generation test done at 6 weeks after the incident and it came out negative. Now its been about 6 months and im starting to feel the swollen neck glands again might i have been infected with hiv?

It's highly unlikely since you never actually had a risk in the first place. Your 6 week post exposure HIV test was negative, which is a very good indicator of your status.

Your swollen neck glands are just an indication that your body is fighting off an infection, which is not related to HIV.
