How infectious is pre ejaculation

There is some controversial idea about pre ejaculation not being infectious of hiv how true is this?

Test in about 9 days if concerned.  
hiv docs can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to what posters feel is happening to their body. You should also stop trying to make a diagnosis from them and instead see doc . If they are real, then you have a different issue than hiv that sb treated now.
It is just about impossible to get hiv from such a short penetration so try to forget about it as much as possible until the 28 days is up - besides if they are negative you can't get infected.
If it was me in your situation I would completely forget it for 9 days since it is likely zero chance that such a short penetration can transmit hiv, in case that helps.
