Is HIV my concern?

Hello Docs,

I had a very low risk exposure(probably) with an escort 10.5 weeks ago which has shaken me from inside. She belongs to a village area of a region (North-east India) which is known for HIV epidemic. It was a double latex condoms protected sex, twice intercoursed, which i checked later-on as i recall now were not broken or leaking on filling with water. I also sucked her boobs but didn't tasted anything like milk in it and also fingered her. But as she have sex with so many customers daily, so this thought scares me like hell. I got myself & her tested after a week time with latest ELISA test, both came negative (She might be in window period). Other tests that i did after that were:
1) HIV Random test at a govt hospital at 16 days - Negative
2) VDRL test at 6th & 25th day - Non-reactive
3) P24 Antigen CMIA Combo test at 32 days - Non-Reactive(0.15)
4) HIV 1&2 TRIDOT and HCV test at 46 days - Negative
5) HIV Standard Diagnostic Bioline Immuno Chromatographic test at a govt hospital at 65 days - Non-Reactive

Symptoms:
I had UTI which came down in a months time as follows:
1) 8-10 pus cells/Hpf on day 6 and Albumin - Present (+)
2) 5-6 pus cells/Hpf on day 25 and Albumin - Trace
3) 2-3 pus cells/Hpf on day 41 and Albumin - +

Sweat a lot in general. There was 100.6* fever on 31st day post-exposure which came down in 1 day after taking antibiotics but there was blood in my phlegm while coughing for 1-2 days and coughing continued for atleast 2 weeks post that.

I had developed a strong OCD now and consulted a psychiatrist who scolded me & said that i am worrying for nothing at all & asked me not surf net as it causes unnecessary worry.

However, an HIV specialist doctor has asked me to get tested at 3 and 6 months time to rule-out an outside chance of an infection. He warranted saying this by telling me that there are some late-seroconverters found whereas on the other hand i read that almost all infected people will test positive b/w 6-8 weeks. My questions are-

1) What is the duration of 1st HIV fever (which usually happens b/w 2-6 weeks)?

2) Is a 6 month test recommended for everyone? I read that its only needed for the ones with a auto-immune disorder or compromised immune system but i am by god's grace with good immunity and a healthy, flabby, well-built body.
In fact i think healthy people's immune system with develop antibodies most quickly even if only 1 HIV virus entered their body. Am i correct?

3) Would you still recommend me a 3 months test (2.5 weeks from now) and which one? Is it likely to change (If i am really unfortunate & a rare case)?

4) My psychiatrist gave me some medicines - PAN (40), Censpram (10), Etilaam (0.5), Nexfolin. What are these medicines for. Are they anti-anxiety? I developed strong heaviness and pain in upper part of my head now because of it.

5) Is it true that some people (healthy/unhealthy) do not sero-convert for months (may be years) just because only 1 or 2 viruses entered their body that even the latest HIV test cannot diagnose?

6) What could be the cause for UTI as i had vaginal sex after a long time (8 years almost)?

No you don't have HIV, you never had an exposure.

As far as i remember i used the condoms correctly, but may be using two condoms at a time reduces their effectiveness and the HIV virus can pass through the latex more easily, is that true?
The condoms didn't broke and i can say this because i remember filling them with water later-on and the water wasn't leaking.

Anyways enough discussion on this, just want to ask you now...
What do you think do i have HIV?
Do the tests that i have undergone till now gives me 99% chance to be HIV free?
Can i be sure that i'll test negative at 3 months?
If yes, then which test should i take to be absolutely sure?

You never had an exposure, you had protected sex and you need to learn how to use a condom correctly before you do have an exposure.

By the way i was expecting a response to my questions above by you or any other expert and how do you assess my risk situation. This is my first post on this website & was never advised before on this. Thanks again for your kind help!
