Is rapid test can reliable

I got test at 13 weeks(rapid test)and negative...But now (at 5 months) ,I suffer some weakness (alot of sweat and gatting weakness and don't want to move and walk) What I want to know is do i need to do other kinds of testing or at 6 months...that rapid test can reliable..n how many %? Plz answer to me ....now I m worry again....
