In some of your past comment, you present that if consistently and correctly use condom can only very highly effective to prevent hiv or hepatitis. But why now you can be so sure with answer no? So you mean this no by 100% sure? or just like 99.99% sure? And also why some reference said it only takes 80% effective for condom? thank you for your reply and it may educate me alot if you may answer it! Thx!
