Worried about HIV

I got tested at 10 weeks with 3rd gen HIV test, also will get tested on 79th day.
I want to know is HIV test conclusive at 12 weeks? I read that it is conclusive at 6 months. I am worried. Please help!

I know I am being stupidly paranoid. But, how much ever I explain myself that I don't have anything to worry about, a lil voice inside my head is not letting live with peace. I get scared when I get a paper cut fearing I might infect people around me. I am not able to live my life with free will. Please help. Also, I want to know this so that in future I come across anyone going through the same paranoia or question I can guide them. So please tell me is 12 weeks conclusive. Thank you so much for your reply.
