Risk assessment?

Hi all.  I have done some digging around the site and I think I know the answer but it would reassuring to get a second view.

I have had two exposures in the last year that could possibly be risky for HIV, or so I thought.

First:  a white male who said he was negative for STIs both before and after we did it.  I gave him oral unprotected, he used a condom for anal sex with me, pulled out and pulled off the condom before ejaculation so he could cum on my face.

Second:  black male who said he was negative before we did it.  I sucked his balls while he jacked off, he fingered my *** while I jacked him and he came on my face.  There was some semen on my lips, and a very slight possibility of hitting my eye.  (Not sure on that one.)

So I did research and it seems:

1.  unprotected oral sex is so low in risk that it's virtually zero and there's no need for me to rush out and test

2.  protected anal sex is so low in risk no need to rush out and test

3.  there has been no cases of hiv infection from fingering, so that's safe

4.  There is no transmission risk from the semen on the face

5.  IF it came into contact with my eye, it would be a very slight risk.

So, putting aside that all sexually active folks should get tests on a regular basis, I'm thinking that my risk for HIV is so low that it's not necessary for me to rush out for PEP or a test.

Am I reading the stuff on this site correctly?

For the most part, yes. Most would consider oral no risk. But, most docs and CDC state a low risk for liability purposes. As long as you did not participate in unprotected anal sex with any of your partners, you did not experience a risk for HIV.

^^^ Yes...I agree.  I wouldn't recommend testing for this either.  NO risk.
