Lymph node in neck after Handjob

A few months ago, I have stupidly visited a massage palor at night who had given me just a handjob till ejaculation and nothing else (no fingering, kissing, oral, penetration, etc...), and immediately the next morning, I felt a small pea-size painless lump at the back of my neck, just along my hairline. I am extremely worried about this because I realized that it is caused by hiv or some stds. So after 2 days, I went to see the doctor and he told me that it is a lymph node and it is some kind of infection (caused by throat or scalp) that my body is fighting off and nothing to do with hiv. He also said that hiv is unlikely to cause a lymph node to swell like this. Just a week ago, I felt another small lump (not sure whether is it a lymph node?)  near my groin area, it is not really in the groin area that is described in the internet regarding swollen lymph nodes, but it is just attached to the skin just next to the scrotum so far i know, it is not on the legs. It has shrink down after several days till now. I am still extremely worried about this, is it that I have contracted hiv and I actually read up in the internet that hiv symptoms involves swelling up several lymph nodes locations of the body. Is it that lymph nodes will swell up all at the same time or different period like my case? Please explain to me what are the chances of getting hiv based on my description... Please help???  Great thanks!

Just forget about it.
HIV cannot be transmitted in that way. impossible, Zero risk from a hand job.
Best of luck

Well! there are several other diseases which causes lymph nodes to swell, such as: Mononucleus, Nonhodgkins lymphoma, ear infection etc. and another thing is that I don't think HIV symptoms show up in 1 or 2 days after the exposure, normally it takes between 2 to 4 weeks for symtoms to show up. what I think is that you might be quite stressed and Anxious about HIV, so that is why you are taking anything happening to your seriously. Don't worry be relax, because if you'll get stressed than it may lead you to depression and it may cause alot physical problems to your body such as, muscle pain, joint pain, diarrhea, headache. then you'll say this all may be HIV symptoms, but actually it is stress causing those problems to you. So, take it easy!!!!!!!!
