Need some help

Hi i had unprotected sex with a female(first time ever without condom) in mid august. She already gave me chlamydia which was cleared up by antibiotics, which took 3 different trys (doxycline) then levaquin twice before it finally cleared up. Other then that, about 5-7 days after the encounter with her i had 2 small faint red/pink blemishes on the rim of the head of my penis which is not painful anymore and seem to be healing finally after about 2 months. Just last sunday (oct 12) i started feeling a little bit malaise, and felt some swelling on each side of my adams apple. A couple days later, the lymph nodes on each side of my head underneath the ears started to swell but no pain. Last night i discovered some swelling of the lymph nodes in the back end of my arm pits also, but not painful. There is no swelling in the nodes of my groin at the moment. I have no fever and the malaise feeling only lingered for the first couple days and went away but my neck and pits are still a bit swollen. There has been no diarhea and not one headache since ive been feeling like this. I had mono when i was 15 (now 22) and since then i really cant recall the last time my glands swelled up like that. Ive been looking at my tonsils and they seem a little big and maybe a tiny bit white or grey in very small spots but thats it also not much of a sore throat, maybe here and there.I cant really afford to go back to the doctor due to lack of funds and no insurance. Do you think my symptoms sound like HIV(8-9 weeks since exposure)? ive been extremely worried, id greatly appreciate a response, thank you

thank you for such a quick response, are there any chances that this could be somthing else but hiv, i never get swollen glands. And about the testing how does one go about getting a test done once the 3 months come around?

You need to test. You can never go by symptoms. Get tested 3 months post exposure and obtain your conclusive result.
