A Q about test!

My exposure was unprotected vagina sex, just for once.I know it is low risk for single exposure. But just for peace of mind ,i got a 4-week HIV test,it came out negative. How reliable is this 4-week test???Most people say 6-week test can be a conclusion,is it right???
