Needle stick

Hello all, 13 weeks ago i had a needle stick with a confirmed HIV+ person. This occured while i was on job, as an ER worker, not from the US. I had ARS like symptoms at 2 weeks such as fever, sore throat, fatigue. Tested negative at 8 weeks. Had post nasal drip and chronic sinus infection for 5 weeks now. Tested 83 days post exposure, was negative. Are post nasal drip and chronic sinus infection (chronic meaning lasted for more than a month and antibiotics dont help) signs of ARS? would anitibiotics affect test results? is my 83 day test conclusive?

If you have NOT received PEP, your 83 day NEGATIVE test result is CONCLUSIVE. Depending on your facility's policies, you may be monitored to 6 months, however your NEGATIVE is NOT going to change.
