No need to worry anymore?

I'm going back to my country after few months away in a business job. I stopped in Toronto for 2 days and I went to get an HIV test at a private clinic. They said they couldn't do an ELISA with results ready in 1 day so they offered me a INSTI rapid test (3 months gone after one time unprotected sex). Luckily result was negative, 1 dot appeared only.
Now what do you suggest. To get an Elisa test once I get home before having unprotected sex with my wife again? Or can I consider that test final and move on completely and saying to myself I DO NOT have HIV? Please let me know.

Yes, you can trust your test. It is conclusive at 3 months.

I did not ask for a couple couselling but for a scentific answer based on whether I should trust INSTI test or take an Elisa as well. Am I 100% OK? Took rapid test after 3 months. Thanks

Before you do anything with your wife, tell her what you did while you were gone and let HER choose what you do next. You chose the behavior now you must deal with the consequences.
