I am freaking myself out!

Hi all,
I have not had unprocted sex since being with my partner however did do and recieve oral....

So i had a swelling on my neck (which i thought was a lymph node) kept going to doc and they sent me hone with antibiotics! i was panicking! making myself sick thinking about what if i have it and give it to my gf!

i yesterday got an ultrasound and in actual fact was not lymph node, turned out to be a thyroglossal cyst...she checked surrounding nodes and they were fine. I have got no fever. no nausia, no dry mouth....i do however have diarriea - i think i have stressed myself out so much over the past 2 weeks i have made myself sick with the runs....... also... loooking at other side affects i am constantly paranoid my hands are tingling.. i lay in bed at night waiting for them to tingle,, almost like i make them tingle.....  could this be due to anxiety??

based on the fact i have no swollen lymph nodes, no fever, no nausia, no rash, no dry mouth (yeast infection), i did however have the flu but that has been going around here in aus as its winter.... flu is now better....  its just the diarreha and (self inflicted tingling) that is conerning?

my gf has none of the above side affects and we have had alot of sex since i had the random encounter.

am i freaking out???

Oral sex is not a risk period. Doesn't matter if the person is positive or not.
