Oral risk

I had a call girl, 24 years old perform oral sex on me.  A week later, it seemed I came down with a weird stomach bug, that made me fart an extream amount, and I was also constipated. Along with this were moderate  lower abdominal pain, almost like I could feel the pain in various locations of my intestines, and lasted 3 weeks.
After this went away, (4 weeks after possible exposure), I went to the doctor. I explained to him my fear of HIV, and he seemed to think I was crazy. He said he was just going to perform a CBC and a routine physical. I waited a few days, and then called about the results. The only thing he mentioned was that I had slightly elevated Platelets. He then asked If I smoked, and I do, and he said that may be why. I told him that I wanted an HIV test, and a urine screen.  4 1/2 weeks after possible exposure, all tests came back negative. I do have pain in the inguinal lymph nodes, as if I feel something passing through them. I also have a dime size red blemmish on my inner thigh, very close to my testicle, that seemed to have just appeared. Also have a stiff neck, and faint white spots on my skin, No fever, No cough, No diareha, however a slight tingle in the throat.  I was diagnosed with the Epstien Barr virus about 8 years ago, and the doctor then told me that it can and will reactivate at different times in my life. Could this be ARS?

No, it cannot be.  You have absolutely no risk of contracting HIV from your described sexual activity.
