HIV and testing

Hi, had a major risk (unprotected sex with same person, unknown status) had a test, Oraquick advance rapid (oral one) in week 14 was negative, can i be sure that i am negative? it was a while ago, and i still feel symptoms...

You can relax you are HIV negative at 14 weeks.  The official window period is now approximately 12 weeks according to most sources, regardless of what testing method you are using.  That said, in practice most people will test positive within about 3-4 weeks of exposure.  The symptoms you are feeling are almost certainly anxiety related.  Our minds can have a very powerful and often hard to understand influence over the state of our bodies.

You don't have HIV. Use condoms correctly and consistently and you stay that way.
