You can obtain your conclusive negative test result 3 months post exposure.
So you would say there is no risk since its my first time exposure?
No you should test at 6 weeks and follow it up at 12 weeks!
Unprotected sex is a risk for hiv!
Since it is a one time time exposure the odds of you contracting hiv is low.
BUT GET A TEST AT 6 WEEKS AND FOLLOW IT UP AT 12 WEEKS.TESTING IS MUST.
Good luck!!!!
you can have a duo at 4 weeks or an antibody test at 6 weeks. at those time, either of them will give you a very good indication of your status.
follow up at 3 months to get your conclusive result
Hi Guys, I have got my 12 weeks hiv test negative should I consider this as conclusive?
