Penis tip touched/lightly pushed vaginal opening very briefly..pls help

Hello,i had an encounter with a CSW.First, while on the foreplay,i made a stupid decision to touch her vaginal opening with my penis head.Like a light push but no penetration even the head.. Also,i felt that she was still dry.Probably she wasnt aroused yet.It only happened 3 times.about 1 second each time. She then told me to wear a condom. No slippage/breakage til the end.
But on the next day, something started to bother me.Now,ive been very worried that i might be infected with hiv.Can vaginal fluids " crawl" going inside my urethra?i very worried

It requires penetration so you should be ok if that didn't happen. Whatever you felt the next day is too early for ARS, so likely you just over-examined yourself.
Thank you very much for your reply.do i still need a test for hiv? Do i still need to worry?im sure that i didnt penetrated even by my penis head.it was just the tip that touched or lightly bumped the opening very briefly.and her opening was still dry because i didnt feel any slippery sensation when the tip touched or lightly bumped the opening 3 times.about 1 second each time.
No penetration = no risk = no need to test.
If ever there was vaginal fluid that touched my penis hole.Does increase my risk? Does vaginal fluids has an ability to be absorbed or to "crawl" inside the urethra?
Reread the 2 advices about "penetration" because it answers your question that you asked twice.
Ok, thank very much anxiousnomore and curfewx.and sorry if my question was somewhat redundant already.i just want to make sure that i am ok and no need to worry anymore.maybe i am just too anxious and scared.i hope you understand what i feel for the past weeks.
By the way,i did penetrated her but with a condom already.no slippage and breakage till the end.
