Peripheral neuropathy

I was involved with a csw on holiday in Malawi a year ago ,i encountered flue like symptoms which came and went.at 3 weeks..however of late i have been suffering from burning feet and im worried that its peripheral neuropathy caused by HIV..I tested 13 weeks after my African affairs and tested negative, should I test again?

your test was conclusive...PROVING that you don't have hiv.   further testing is not needed

Hi there is a medical health professional at my surburb clinic who claims that an hiv can take up to 30months for the body to produce antibodies....i am very shaken, is there any scientific evidence that supports this of what ever kind? and is the type of hiv found in Europe easier to detect than that found in Africa.....i am completely devastated....

You don't have HIV and PN is caused by ARV medication that positive people take.
