Possible Risk - please assist

Dr Handsfield. Apologies first for the long post. On March 16th my penis head entered a massage lady's vagina (head only). I pulled out immediatley and wipe my penis with a wetwipe - so two seconds if that much and left. The skin under my penis head was red for the next two weeks, but Canestan HC took that away. I had no sores. Went to hospital within 48 hours they gave me PEP. Went to Clinic and they told me very low exposure and took me off PEP. So in total on PEP for 2 days. First week I had urine issues - all gone. Got tested 8 days and 15 days post exposure for STD - all good. My doctor gave me some tablets for possible herpes day 26 post  exposure(Valaciclovir). On day 15 post exposure I started getting abdominal pains and the next two weeks was just not good. Tired, loss of appetite, splitting headache and the feeling of a virus in me. No rash, swollen lymp nodes or fever. Sligh diahree (twice only), but doctor said I had gastritis due to stress and anxiety and the Ranitidine tablets sorted that out in 1 week and I am still on these tablets. I lost 7 pounds in week 2 & 3 post exposure and have lost a further 4 pounds in the last two weeks. Am I stressed, yes. My skin started burning, tingling and itching all over at day 33 post exposure, but my doctor gave me Loratadine - all gone within a day. Now I have been googling since day 1 and the stress and anxiety could have resulted in all of the above, which I pray and believe it is, but being human we need assurance. My 28 day and 37 day test (3rd generation HIV 1/2) came back negative and the last time I made love was with my wife (with a condom) 2 weeks post exposure. Please note that energy wise I started feeling excellent from day 29 onwards. Mentally weak, drained, guilt is killing me, but physically not tired. Questions and I know you cannot diagnose on symptoms, but would just like your opinion and some reassurance, since deep down I believe all is well. 1) Could any of the medicines the doctor gave me have an influence on my results 2) My exposure was low risk (that is what I was told), how much can I read in my 37 day test. 3) I am having my 6 week test on day 44 post exposure - what indication would that give to my status (I believe it is negative). I know 12 weeks is conclusive and will be testing on 8/10/13 weeks. 4) They say ARS symptoms appears 4 - 6 weeks. I have been feeling excellent for the past two weeks, so could ARS start up again at 40 days post exposure. Last, today I got a sharp pain behind my jaw, just behind my left ear - could this be the start of lymp lodes swelling. In the end I have noticed allot of posts and people are anxious including me, but some reassurance or straight talk helps us get through these days. Thanks for the good work. Regards K
