Today, I have taken my wife to hospital and declared pregent for 2 months, doctor check hiv and result negitive.

Can this prove I am negitive also.

Thanks to everybody for spreading knowlege.

I had unprotected sex with my wife after confirmation hiv result with 2 positive and 3-4 negitive after 4 months.

After my mistake, I have never done sex with outsider and promised myself that I will never have sex with outsiders.

I was very happy that my wife is pregent with negitive hiv result.

I hope now I can't do sex unprotected with my wife.

For future reference, you cannot rely on other people's test results to determine your status.  Your wife would not automatically become infected if you had HIV and had unprotected sex with her.

I would STRONGLY suggest that if you choose to have extramarital sexual encounters that you either A. use condoms, or B. Do NOT have unprotected sex with your wife.  

Do you realize how serious this could have been, with her getting pregnant?  Then, there would have possibly been TWO people infected as a result of your actions...wife and baby.  You got lucky this time.  Do NOT put your wife at risk...if you put yourself at risk, that's your call, but it is NOT fair to her at all.

Sir, still I had infected, it will pass to others.
Myself tested at 4 months with 2 positive result and on same day other lab 2 hiv negitive with wb interminate.

I had last encounter with nigerian women on march 2011.after that no sex. Only with wife. Today my wife is 2 month pregent with hiv negitive with rapid test in nigeria

Thks sir, assure that I have not tested hiv and I had sex unprotected with my wife. After 4 months she got pregent and tested hiv negitive, is it not the evidence that I am hiv negitive also. - can anyone clear the doubth

4 months is conclusive and your wife is negative aswell--sorry I thought it was you that tested at 2 months but obviously it was your wife.She is negative aswell.

I had unprotected high risk and tested 2 time positive and 4 time negitive. It is in w. Africa. Test was done after 4 months.

After the unprotected sex, I only had sex with my wife. It is almost 2 years I didnot have sex with other lady

If you had a risk a conclusive test is 3 months post--exposure.Having said that a 2 month negative is excellent.

Did you have a risk?  A risk would be having unprotected vaginal or anal sex, or sharing IV drugs.

If you did either of those, then you need a test at 3 months post exposure.
