Pre-*** & Masturbation

Hi, I am a twenty-three year old male from Ontario and I had an encounter with a much older male, earlier today.
I apologize if the description is graphic, so be warned.

We both caressed and massaged each other naked. There was no penetration, kissing or oral sex of any kind involved. The other individual wanted me to ejaculate, so I masturbated myself, while he was touching his penis with one hand and my testicles, with the other. I eventually came and when it was his turn he touched my penis a few times with the hand he was masturbating, he never ejaculated, however I saw precum.

Is that in any way an issue, if his precum came in contact with my penis for brief periods of time, or was spread on my body while caressing and me eventually getting it on my hand and later masturbating, touching my mouth, eye or anything of such sort.

I have been diagnosed with OCD and generalized anxiety, however this is all that happened, and before I start worrying needlessly I d like to hear from someone who has experience in the HIV field. Thank you.

I noticed a little localized redness on my penis between the shaft and my foreskin, does that pose a risk, could precum have entered through rubbing (masturbation).?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Couldn't the pre-cum enter my urethra fairly quickly, I don't mean to be rude, I just want to understand.

Thanks a lot, the comment I added is not changing anything then. Is testing warranted ?

I did some thinking and he did masturbate me briefly for a few seconds. I don't know if that changes anything in the situation.
