Hello
A SINGLE pin sized purplish red dot on skin is very unlikely to be an ARS rash.
Usually ARS is comprised of more than a single symptom and the rash is more widespread than a single pin sized dot.
If you had a possible exposure, get an HIV test after 12 weeks from the last possible eposure.
Best regards.
If you had unprotected sex, it's been long enough that you can test and get a conclusive test result.
