Hello folks could you please clarify this for me I'm a bit confused.
The good new is I tested negative at 3 month but I'm still concerned about HSV 2 I tested 6 weeks post exposure for HSV 2 and 3 months post exposure they were negative. I did test positive for HSV 1 in both tests.
I had one paper cut like sore in my public area my Dr. she looked at it and said it was HSV 2 but the blood test came back negative. When I asked her to do a culture of the sore she said the blood test was good enough now she told it's most likely caused by HSV 1.
Can I consider my 3 HSV 2 test to be conclusive at 3 months post exposure? Different sources and online testing advisors give different informations i.e. 6 weeks, 6-12 weeks, 12 weeks and 4 months?
You already know the answer--12 weeks
On how many weeks would you say then?
thanks

Yes it's just as accurate but it's not conclusive at 7 weeks.
