Re-read my last reply. Really cannot add anything to that.
If you feel your lymph nodes are swollen, see your doctor. There can be countless reasons why they would swell, including colds, etc.
1. If you had no risk then why would you need a test?
2. See a Dr
3. Reread what nursegirl wrote.
Hi nursegirl
After keeping all your suggestions in mind I just have these last few questions in mind. Please help me with them
1. Do I need to go for an HIV test
2. What can be the other reasons for these lymph nodes in neck to swell ,along with fever and a gum infection/ulcer. (My doctor has not diagnosed it precisely)
3. These lymph node swelling has freaked me out as I have never had them before in life. Everywhere I read there is an HIV cause in the list. Do I need to worry???
This shall be my last post.
Thanks you for all the help.
No need to worry about your blood report. You never had an HIV concern as you were told
Since all my sexual exposures ever have been condom protected for intercourse but unprotected for oral do you think I need to go for a test?
Also can you please tell if the above lymphocyte count is low or OK..I know it is in the normal range but it is towards the lower side..It worries me..
Please reply
You don't have an HIV concern.
2. Your blood work wouldn't be an indication of HIV infection even if you HAD had a risk (which you didn't).
3. Your blood work is completely normal. There are reasons for the normal values, if your results fall within that range, they're NORMAL.
