Risk from Fingering

Hi Doctor,  I went to an Asian massage parlor two days ago. The woman took her clothes off and put my hand on her vagina.  I did touch her vagina (did not actually insert my fingers) for about 20 seconds and there was a lot of wetness all over my fingers.  My concern is that I had a cut on my middle  finger.  It is right next to my nail and hasn't fully healed still.  It wasn't actively bleeding, but it still hurts if I touch it and, at the time, if I put hand sanitizer on it, it stung.  There was no other concerning contact.

Have I put myself at risk for HIV If she is positive?   Yesterday (about 24 hours later), I started to feel a swollen lymph node.

I know you get variations of this question fairly often, but since this cut was bleeding and it still stung (so it must have been at least somewhat open), it is hard for me to figure how this would not be a risk.

Is it true that a cut would have to be severe to be a concern?  I just cant see how having a cut that stings when you put something on it wouldn't be an open portal, but I don't pretend to be as knowledgeable as most of you here.
