Symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV and are irrelevant in the process.  Including fevers.  You would know if the condom broke as the other poster said.  It's a catastrophic even in which it is usually quite messy and only the head of the penis needs to be covered.

When a condom breaks, it breaks almost entirely, top to bottom, not just one microscopic hole. There's no way you wouldn't notice it if that happened.

Thank you for your answer. When I take off my condom, I will definitely notice it.But I have hiv anxious, so I will force myself into condom broken trouble!
I'm not even sure what that means.  But if your anxiety causes unnecessary worry that a condom broke when there is no evidence of it then you should avoid the sexual activity that triggers the anxiety and talk to a doctor about treating the anxiety.
