Risk of HIV infection

Hello,

I recently had sex with a guy who I have known for a few months. He lives in Cancun Mexico and I went down to visit him a few times. We have used condoms every time ( he seems to be pretty good about using protection) but the last time we had sex we were very intoxicated and we did buy condoms, he put one on, we had vaginal and briefly anal sex and then when we proceded to have vaginal sex and he pulled out I noticed the condom was off. I believe the condom slipped off when he was pulling out as it was very close to my vagina. He picked it up and said that he checked it and it wasn't broken. What are the chances for HIV in this kind of exposure if the condom leaked or even if the condom fell off and we didn't notice and kept having intercourse? Is there a high risk exposure in the are of Mexico. He is originally from Mexico City, is 20 years old and came to cancun to work and vacation etc.

Thank you very much

Also, during the brief anal sex there was some blood but I am pretty sure the condom was still on as when we proceded to have vaginal sex I didn't see the condom off untill he pulled out; and since it was right by my vagina i highly doubt that he had take it off earlier.

what would the risk of HIV would be if the condom did leak or spill. Also is Mexico a high risk country for HIV; how does it compare with say Canada or the US ( for young adults who do not do drugs/needles etc.)

Also, this encounter happened on April 25, 2008. Would getting tested in August be sufficient for a conclusive result?
