6 weeks anxiety 2 mins unknown exposure
I had protected sex about 6 weeks ago and for about two minutes the idiot that I had sex (one night stand) with took off his condom and I also gave him unprotected oral sex. I got a check up in March and I was clean of HIV and this occured mid April... I asked the guy if he was negative of course he said he was negative but I am now driving myself crazy with panic attacks... Does anyone have any idea of how to relieve anxiety and should I really worry about those two minutes????
You need to test. 3 months post exposure will give you a conclusive test result. Condoms on work when they are used correctly and consistently. That is start to finish.
