Massage got out of control

I would like to share you my story, I went to a massage parlor and with an extra service. I just sucked the nipple of the therapist and had a handjob which I think she scratched my groin area. This happened last July 5,2012. I know I should not be worried because my doctor assured me it's no risk, but now I had a mild sore throat and running nose but it's getting better already. Question, was the incident that happened to me really a no risk I'm now pretty worried about the scratch. Thanks.

Yes, it is zero. No and you aren't going to make history either. You do not have an HIV concern.

You don't have an HIV concern. You've never had an exposure.

Teak, was my exposure really zero risk? Is my mild sore throat and running nose really a none related symptoms with HIV? Ever seen a case like mine who got infected in your experience with the virus?

HIV is really hard to transmit other than unprotected intercourse, blood transfusion and breast milk from mother to child? That is why you answer that confidently? Anyways, this will be my last question from my incident. Thanks.

I'm worried about the scratches that the therapist scratched my groin area. Also, is my mild sore throat and running nose have anything to do with that incident? That's what worries me. Can somebody clarify it to me more about my incident?

Thanks teak, my anxiety is really eating me up again. I will now take your word for it. Cause you seem to have a lot of knowledge with the virus. I really appreciated your time for answering my question to alleviate my anxiety.

Maybe the reason I'm going through this state of anxiety is because I'm  about to get married soon and I'm scared out the hell if I might infect my loved one. But I know you gave me a reliable assessment so I won't be that paranoid now. I'll try my best. Any advise how to get back to my life teak?

Teak, in case I decide to take the test again for this particular exposure after one month and 3 months? Would you be fully confident it will come out negative or non reactive? Thanks. Just for support.

Is mild sore throat considered an ars? I have mild sore throat and running nose 2 weeks after these incident. But no fever and whatsoever symptoms. This is also worrying me. My last test was done last January and June this year for a protective intercourse that happened last November of last year.

Lizzie, I accept already that I had no risk in my incident that I discussed with you. But I read about your article about HIV anxiety. I believe I'm suffering from such. I hope you can help me about such on how to go about such anxiety. Even if I take a test I think it would still bother me. But reading your post really helps. Hope to hear from you. Thanks.
