SCARY DEVELOPMENT-liz & teak

I am really scared, yesterday i developed 2 swelling size of a big pimple in each side of my inner cheek inside the mouth. these swellings have no pain nor do they have any white stuff. just a swelling like pimple of the same nature as the inside of the cheek. can these be lymph nodes????
Please reply me.....

no one here can diagnose your health concerns.

if you are having health issues...see your dr/dentist.  a forum should never be a substitute for a one on one consult with your dr.
