Safeand accurate test result

I am very worried, I had a Elisa blood lab  test 8-10 weeks possible exposure.Possible exposure in January. I went to the doctor and he said my results were negative. Can I be assured that I am negative. I have another test scheduled in July should I be worried.

Yes. We are only talking about an HIV ELISA antibody (HIV 1 & 2)'s conclusivity being at 3 months from the date of exposure.

Thanks for your answer and support. Why is it still a 6 month window out there? Just wanted to get your input.
