Scared of HIV

6 weeks ago, I had unprotected oral sex with a guy. About 4 weeks ago, I had minor cold. A week later I started feeling pain in my left ear, especially when I was swallowing.
Doctor prescribed me a course of Cephalexin 500 twice a day for 5 days.
And now for the last 2 weeks, I feel like my throat is scratched. I dont have any pain while swallowing, but its just an odd feeling which makes me feel like there is something wrong in my throat. I sometimes feel minor headaches and feverish but did not get any fever.
I do not have any swollen lymphs or anything else. I am very worried if this is any serious STD like HIV.

Experts please guide me. I am not very comfortable talking to my doctor about this and am very anxious.

Thanks for your help. Wont other STDs (if in case I got any) be taken care of with the 5 day course of Cephalexin antibiotic?

Zero risk for hiv infection but it would be wise to test for more common STD,s.All the best.
