my test conclusive

hi:doctor
my risk is insertive oral sex,not vaginal or anal,after that I afraid for this active .
so tested pcr rna for HIV 1 after 25 day.
after 21 day(ag).
after(3.4.5,6,8, 10 ,12)month(AB,AG)by combo.
all tests are return negative.
now my wife wants to me take a new baby!!!can i take anew baby?so after finish my 1 year ,i tested my wife after 1 year, so she negative.
please help me, I do not have information about Sex education,or about transmission for hiv.

You are perfectly healthy and don't have any HIV concern. Stop worrying and wasting your time here and concentrate on having a baby.

After have some report from internet about (not detect hiv by antibody test) ,all doctors answer for this caase (is that rare case and the test befor 2000)know we have 4th genaration its very senstive.

,since HIV-1 was first recognized there have been only 25 published case reports of patients with confirmed HIV-1 infection who do not have detectable HIV-1 antibodies,but the majority have viral load. is that for old test? is that true for modern test ,example(combo,ag\ab)? thanks for you best regards.

I've met doctors who've advised to wait 6 months and even up to 12 months before. Its quite disturbing.

You never had a risk & of course a negative test result after 1 year is conclusive.I can't believe that there are uneducated people out there that advised you to test for a no risk situation & to test out to a year,unbelievable.

No risk because saliva inhibits HIV transmission.
