hiv risk assesment-very worried and ansioux

.Hi, I am very worried and ansioux about a posible expossure to HIV. After 4-5 weeks of a little incident I had an acute atopic dermatitis flare up (I had dermatitis and dry skin before)  which 6 months after I still have but it is improving with corticoids and moisturizers-  (the condom got left inside my vagina without ejaculation and for a very little time-few minutes, unknown HIV status)
I recently had a CBC by my doctor and everything is fine but I am terrified to have the test done. Is there any relationship between hiv seroconversion and atopic dermatitis-eczema?could this flare up just be due to the anxiety, stress ,morning after pill and yasmin pills I took after(my skin started to be very itchy first)? .

Stress can cause one to assume  symptoms similar to HIV seroconversion. Fever is always present if you experienced any symptoms at all. Biggest take away is that symptoms like yours if HIV do not last for 6 months they only last about 2 to 3 weeks at the most after if you seroconversion. No blood or fluids in the condom is very good news. Get a single antibodies test and I am certain you will be negative to help ease your mind.

No, there is no relationship between the two.

Itchy skin is not apart of HIV infection.

I very much doubt that you would contract HIV from the incident you describe but just to put your mind at rest and be able to move forward go for a standard antibody test.  At this point, it will be conclusive and you can forget all about this.  I would ver much expect you to test negative.
