Slightly different oral question

I received a very brief blowjob (about 10 seconds) from a stripper about a month ago. She also gave me a rough handjob before the oral and I fingered the outside of her vagina.  I went to my Dr. Two weeks later, because I was very worried that I had contracted an STD. During the evaluation, the Dr. discovered a genital wart on the underside of my penis, which had inflamed, swollen area around it. The Dr. Informed me that the wart must have been there for an extended time and was not from this encounter. He treated it with medicine. He also advised me that I would need an HIV test after 6 weeks. I have been extremely anxious and scared since he told me this. He prescribed me doxycycline and flagyl for 14 days just in case. Anyhow, I tested negative for Syphilis, Herpes, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. About 18 days after the strip club incident I noticed swollen lymph nodes on both sides of my neck under my jaw. I have also had some pain in my underarms. No fever, rash, etc., but the swollen nodes are still here. I have also been very fatigued and have lost about five pounds. The timing of the discovery of the lymphnodes seems to be in the exact window for ARS. Also, I have read that having the wart greatly increased the likelihood of transmission. I am extremely scared. Any thoughts or insight (from knowledgeable readers)? Thankuou in advance.

Thank you for your quick response Teak. The anxiety associated with this is controlling my life. This forum has been very helpful, and I have probably read close to every post on it over the past few weeks. I was quite shocked when the Dr. Told me this, as I had never noticed the wart before. Prior to the stupid encounter with the stripper I had not had any sexual contact with anyone but my wife since 2002. I either had it prior to meeting her, or got it from her. I am certain that she has no other STD's including HIV because she was very recently tested when she was pregnant. I know it is virtually impossible to be infected through receiving oral, but the presence of the swollen irritated skin around the wart (which likely became even more irritated during the hand job) wouldn't change this? I did not see any blood in her mouth, but clearly she was willing to suck a stranger's penis for $, so who can be sure how her hygeine is? I feel very guilty and am disgusted with myself, and the timing of my symptoms are what is scaring me the most. The generalized lymph swelling continues, I have no appetite, and the discovery of the wart sent me over the edge. Other than for peace of mind, would you suggest testing?

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV from the above situation but how did you get a wart? Did you have unprotected anal or vaginal sex?
