You had no risk for HIV, therefore you've already ruled that out as a cause for your problems. Go see a doctor if you're not feeling well instead of wasting your time on an internet message board for a disease that has nothing to do with you.

Besides, your daytime feeling of fatigue can be not getting enough night sleep causing you to feel drowsy until when you finish work and feel charged up again because you are doing something you like instead of work. That is just an example of what might be happening, but I have no idea why you feel fatigue, and in fact I wouldn't be surprised if it was just in your imagination from fear. Ergo, I second Chima's advice is to see a doc instead of message boards.

You can't get HIV when you use protection so you are linking a bunch of symptoms to the wrong disease.
Disease does not follow a schedule so never having something before is how it often goes for people.
Likely most symptoms are in your imagination since for example your fatigue goes away in the evening. People cough on your lips so flu is to be expected at any time. See doc about your rash.
