Do i have HIV???

i am a 26 year old female who has had 3 long term relationships. my most recent relationship has been for 3 years. my partner recently admitted to having unprotected sex with an escort and since then i have been ever so worried. about 7 days after this act i fell very ill. i woke up with severly swollen glands, a head ache, sweats, shivers and my whole entire body was aching. i had a lump to the right hand side of the top of my genital area (nearthe pubic bone next to my right leg, this was tender to the touch. these symtoms lasted for 3 days. i was bed bound and ill with shivers and felt physically lymp. day 10 both myself and my partner went for an sti check. he was offered the chlamydia and  gonorrhea check which they said they could detect abnormalities within 20 minutes (this was done by a swab entered into the tip of the penis) he also had a HIV blood test. with myself they took a vaginal swab and also bloods for HIV. after 20 minutes they said his result was negative. i have now received a text to say i must return to the clinic due to my test results. i am sick with worry that i may have HIV. can someone please help??? is it possible that the quick test could of been inconclusive or that these arnt accurate and it could just be chlamydia or gonorrhea?? thanks in advance

We know one thing, the way you feel has nothing to do with HIV.

If you test 3 months after your last unprotected sex then your test is conclusively negative.
