HIV Risk

Hi

I did a silly thing and because of the nature I did it, feel very worried..

I live in Africa where the HIV rate is very high.

I picked up a young sex worker. I kissed her and licked/sucked her boobs. We were both in our underwear so I was busy grinding against her and I had a lot of precum from the arousal and hshe herself was very wet and sticky. She then proceeded to give me oral sex for 5 -10 minutes, thereafter I put a Durex condom on, and had vaginal sex with her for 15 minutes. The condom was intact, but the sex workers cum was all over the condom and at the rim of the condom.

What were my risks of such activity? Im a bit worried about the unprotected oral and her cum getting underneath the condom at the rim.
Im married and like any of the "dogs" here that commited such act, I feel very very guilty and HIV scared, considering the stats that 1 in every3 people are HIV positive here, and that many of the workers dont use condoms as the indiginous men here dont like to use one.

Besides this exposure I have tested negative for HIV. Is it safe to assume unprotected sex with wife?

I forgot to mention very importantly that the condom had was lightly coverd in blood as the SW was about to start her period...is this any concern?
