what are the chances of my western blot test changing at 4 weeks?

Why did you have a Western Blot @ 4 weeks? What was your risk?

The WB test is used to confirm your sero-status after a reactive ELISA test taken at the three month mark. It is not used to determine your sero status @ 4 weeks. The cut off point from which you can be sure of your HIV status is three months. Tests taken before then cannot be considered reliable.

all i am trying to do is see  what to test with.....

Enough is enough. You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV and have been told over and over again. MOVE ON.
