Uncertain about exposure

On the 15th of December, I had an encounter for the first time with a lady I have been knowing for the past 5 years. There were both oral and vagina sex with vagina protected. I did receive and give oral. A week later, I experienced severe upper right back pain which lasted about 4 days and subsided. Two weeks later I experienced a lower back pain for the first time in my life with no known reason - at least no injury from lifting. I was only walking in the mall and immediately started experiencing the pain. This pain was intense that I went to A&E but no known cause was given after x-ray and some kind of blood test. This pain has been on for the past 3 months which sometimes get intense.
Up to 4 weeks after my exposure, these were the only symptoms I experienced.

Around week five, I experienced what appeared to be a mild scratchy throat which lasted for two days but with no fever since I kept checking my temperature which was 36.5c.  Around the 6th week, I experienced swollen node under my right armpit which I experienced in the past but this time it was so intense that even the lymph vessel running from my armpit became swollen and felt like a string. This was the first time I ever experienced such swelling of the vessel.

A week ago, i felt a swollen node in the cervical region between by right ear and my jaw. This lasted for two days and went away and this  is the first time I ever experienced a swollen node in that region. Even when I had the flu or a sore throat, I did no experience swelling in this region. These swollen nodes were the only symptoms with no visible signs of infection.

1. I have been thinking lately if all of this is a conincidence or not.

2. What would have caused the node under my armpit along with the lymph vessel to swell for the first time?

3. What would have caused the cervical node to swell although I had no associated infection that would have caused that node to swell?

4. Are the cervical and axilliary nodes consider contiguous or non-contiguous?

5. Would you say these were generalized swelling of the lymph nodes or did they have to occur together?

6. Is oral sex really risk free?

1_maybe coincidence
2_you said you had armpit lymph node enlargment ?so before what was the cause before?
3_maybe not cervical lymph node enalrgment, are you sure it is lymph node?so even lymph node not important most of peopl has cervical lymph node enlargment because of simple infection like tonsillitis and pharngitis.
4_lymp node enlargment by itself not a disease to be contagious or not
5_???
6_oral sex we can say it is safe if you don't have ulcer in your mouth.
