Unsure if anal sex occurred HIV risk?

Hi,

A few days ago I engaged in sexual contact male to male of unknown HIV status.
I know I engaged in mutual masturbation, fingering, rimming and oral sex.
I also rub his unprotected penis along the crack of my bum and on my rectum.
However I am unsure if he penetrated me either by a small amount or the full penis.

Am I correct in thinking that if I am unsure if he penetrated me it is highly likely that he did not?
If penetration did occur what is the risk? And would a 4th gen HIV test at 4weeks be appropriate?

My apologies for the crudeness of this message but it is the best way I can describe it. I do have a STD and HIV test every 12 months with my last one being 3 months ago, and this being my first sexual contact since.

I thank you in advance for any advice or information you can provide on my risk.

Jon
